Anyone have kightp's (klwalton's?) roasted ratatouille recipe or the link to that post? I can't find it, and I really wanna make it for eating while watching the Oscars (I'm also making meat pies -- don't you think that's a good match?).
Help?
[EDIT: It's possible I'm completely misremembering whose LJ I saw this in. No worries; I'll roast the veggies and see how it goes. Still, if you're out there and you know what I'm talking about, help a buddy out, huh? :-)]
